Structure of Electric Winch
Electric winch is composed of a machine base, a worm gear reducer, a transmission gear, a drum, a brake and electrical device. All the parts are installed on the machine base. Through the elastic coupling, the motor drives the drum to rotate and wind the steel wire rope in and out through the worm gear reducer and the first stage open column spur gear.
The winch machine adopts hydraulic brake, which can brake automatically. All electrical components are installed in the electrical box. All the movement of the machine are controlled by the handwheel of a reversible drum controller, which is very simple and convenient to operate.

Operation and Precautions of Electric Winches
- Check the weight of the heavy objects before work, which will be within the range specified by the winch performance. Check the wire rope, and fill the gearbox with oil.
- Check the fixing of the machine and the firmness of the connections of all parts, and check the correctness of the electrical wiring and grounding.
- To prevent the tension of the wire rope from slackening when dropping heavy objects, the wire rope wound on the drum should be no less than three turns.
- Refuel or change oil regularly as required. The machine should idle for 3-5 minutes before work.
- The sensitivity of the brake can be adjusted according to the method specified in the brake manual.
- In an emergency, you can press the stop button switch to disconnect the AC contactor, so that the motor and other electrical device are cut off immediately.
