Smart Port Crane to create a one-stop solution ZPMC won the dockyard crane automation transformation project

Recently, Ellsen Crane Machinery won the bid of Tianjin Wuzhou International Terminal Yard Automated Rebuilding Project, marking a key step for the company in the field of automated yard reconstruction and another practice after the company proposed “one-stop solution”.

Tianjin Wuzhou International Terminal Yard automation transformation project

The project will carry out the single-machine mechanical and electrical automation transformation of the existing 31 rail cranes at the terminal, which is also the first large-scale yard automation reform project in China. The transformation includes the flow of internal and external combi cards, real-time positioning and identification systems, access control systems for automated yards, independent two-way network voice systems, intelligent monitoring systems for central control rooms, and equipment real-time display systems for 3D models. At the same time, Ellsen will communicate with Tianjin Port. Company cooperation, automation yard scheduling module optimization.

Ellsen relied on extensive experience in terminal automation, as well as powerful resource integration and top-level design capabilities, using simulation methods for analysis, combined with the terminal TOS system (terminal operating system) and GOS system (gate management system), from the terminal and the entire port area The planning of the project focuses on customizing a series of optimization solutions for users.
